Aleppo Boy’s father supports Assad, slams US propaganda

During the liberation of Eastern Aleppo, the image of Omran Daqneesh, an injured Syrian boy, was widely circulated in the western media to justify the clamor for US intervention and to demonize the government of Syria. But his father, a supporter of President Bashar Assad, has voiced his extreme displeasure at having his son’s story co-opted by western media outlets. He is relieved that life has begun to improve for his family. RT America’s Anya Parampil has the story.
