CDC creates, spreads fatal flu, kept it secret





An internal investigation just revealed that a lab scientist at the CDC headquarters in Atlanta accidentally mixed a deadly strain of bird flu with a tamer strain and then sent the mixed, mutant strain to other labs without telling them. It was kept secret because those involved reasoned it was contained enough where no one was at risk, but they didn't even bother to tell others at the CDC for due diligence. The Resident discusses.
